In 1984, Rick Simmons began his career as a fire sprinkler fitter, working hands-on in the field and learning the intricacies of fire protection systems from the ground up. Over the years, Rick’s dedication, craftsmanship, and natural leadership earned him a promotion to Field Supervisor, where he managed teams and oversaw complex installations. His growing expertise also led him into fire system design, where he combined his field experience with a meticulous understanding of engineering principles.
